OTHER PARTY INFORMATION
- Payment
Full payment is due at the time of scheduling and can be refunded up to 2 weeks of the party minus a $50 processing fee. - What to wear
The children should wear activewear, and we prefer bare feet. No jewelry please, and hair needs pulled back out of the face. - Arrival Time
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your party begins. - Guest Protocol
Children under 3yr must have an adult participant in the gym. All other adults must stay in the balcony through the duration of the party and are not permitted in the gym area for any reason. - Forms
All waiver forms must be completed online for every participant. Each Parent of a child participating will create a family account on the portal and enroll into your child's birthday. If they already have a family account, they can just sign-in and enroll. We also have paper waiver copies in our office. - Decorations
West Side will supply table covers and decorations. Please note hanging décor, piñatas, balloons and confetti are not permitted. - Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
